5. Where account registration details are found to be inaccurate, misleading or incomplete, SMILETIPS reserves the right to close the account.
6. Once a transaction has been confirmed by SMILETIPS, changes will not normally be permitted.
7. SMILETIPS does not accept any responsibility for typing, human or palpable errors, which lead to obvious picks errors. In such cases picks will be accepted at the correct final picks before the commencement of the event in question.
8. SMILETIPS reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Any such changes will be binding and effective immediately.
9. SMILETIPS bares NO responsibility for any loss or damage of members who make use of provided information for any kind of gambling activity. SMILETIPS.com doesn't encourage betting or any illegal activities.
10. Subscription fee paid to SMILETIPS will not be returned regardsless the result of the tips. However, credits will be return to members if the tips is inaccurate(draw/lose).
